We list, promote and facilitate bookings for certain travel services including accommodation. We as campingbarns.net do not provide, own or run any travel services ourselves.

The bookings made through this website is entered into on the understanding that the total number in the party shall not exceed the total available sleeping capacity of the barn (see individual entries for details) excess numbers will terminate the booking arrangement and no refund will be given.

Every effort is made to ensure the accommodation provider processes your bookings correctly.
Your contract is with the accommodation provider, not campingbarns.net. It is the travel services provider's responsibility to provide you with the travel services.

In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that reservation fee you paid.

Ratings shown on the website are the opinion of people who have booked and availed of the relevant travel services or have stayed in the relevant accommodation. We take no responsibility for the such opinions.

If your party includes any children under the age of five (5) then the barn must be booked for ‘sole occupancy’.

Sole bookings can only be made by groups that can be accommodated by the maximum sleeping capacity of the barn (see individual entries for details).

Booking Conditions are applied to the minimum number of nights booked and the occupancy levels required (see individual entries for details). Where applicable Refunds will be at the individual Barns’ management’s discretion, provided you notify the booking office at least six weeks prior to the arrival date and or the Barn can be re-let. (This refund if granted is subject to a 25% administration fee and issued by the individual Barns’ management)

Neither the Barn owners, the Booking Agent, ‘The Booking Portal’ (www.thebookingportal.co.uk) accept responsibility for damages or loss including accident or injury resulting from the use of barns.

The individual Barns’ management have the right to ask anybody whose behaviour is unacceptable to leave.

Your use of this website is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these terms of use (the "Terms") and you agree to use this website in accordance with and subject to these Terms. The Terms as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and campingbarns.net. If you do not read or accept these Terms, do not use this website. By accessing any part of the campingbarns.net website, you consent to be bound by these Terms.

You should note that campingbarns.net does not warrant that the information published on this website will be error free and in using this website you acknowledge that the accommodation details and all other information including information relating to travel services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.

All bookings for travel services on this website are made with the travel services provider concerned and not with campingbarns.net. campingbarns.net only facilitates the making of reservations with the travel services provider. campingbarns.net is not a party to the contract between you and the travel services provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.

Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the travel services provider's terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to bookings of travel services made by you through this website.

(1) Making a reservation

You must use a credit card or debit card to make a booking, and any amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the travel services provider directly.

In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the travel services provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which the travel services provider should be notified and which may require special facilities.

(2) When a booking is made

campingbarns.net will issue the booking confirmation on behalf of the travel services provider for each reservation, but does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charge or taxes charged by the travel services provider.

campingbarns.net strongly recommends you check and confirm with the travel services provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the travel services provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation.

(3) Cancellations

campingbarns.net does not accept responsibility for cancellations by you or by the travel services provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made.

campingbarns.net shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.

NO LIABILITY IN CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

campingbarns.net makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, campingbarns.net shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.
